The room was brand-new with a king double bed, and the breakfast was delicious and perfect. The room had a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The service was friendly, including an early check-in.

Well heated and large room with breakfast as expected. Location not far from Inca sites, shopping, and museum, and the Plaza de Armas. Also, on the hills of Cusco...

great amenities but location is uphill
The staff provided really good service, notably Laura, who helped us arrange lovely day trips. We appreciated the hotel's luggage storage while we hiked the Inka trail. Breakfast was satisfying.
The only downside was the location being uphill, which can be tiring after a long day exploring.

I loved how cozy and clean the room was. The hot cocoa station in the lobby was a good surprise! There's also a lovely garden area to unwind in after a long day of exploring. The only bummer was the limited snack options available at the bar, but it didn't take away from my great experience 😊

During our stay, we appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were attentive, and they quickly provided oxygen for my wife when she felt unwell due to altitude sickness. We were disappointed with the food quality at dinner. The dish I ordered was not enjoyable at all. While the location was close to the city center, the steep walk back made it tricky after a long day of exploring.

Really good staff and cozy stay
The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including freshly baked pastries and organic juices, a good way to start the day. The staff were accommodating, especially Laura at the tour desk who made organizing trips easy. The hotel was a bit uphill from the main attractions, but a quick walk down made for easy access to the city. One thing to improve would be noise insulation between rooms, as I could hear some activity from the adjacent spaces.

Couple's cozy retreat
It was great to unwind after our hikes. The staff was helpful, especially when they offered us coca tea during the mornings to help with the altitude.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.
